I have been using ViVi for over a year. I highly recommend Linda and Victoria they are both very friendly and highly skilled. If you show them any picture of what you want done they usually do it better.
The best place in Madison county to have nails done and they last three to four weeks.

But I had the opposite experience here. I loved my nails and I am absolutely kicking myself that I hadnt found this place sooner! I got a gel nail pedicure over a week ago at ViVi and had a great experience. The gentleman that did the pedicure took his time and was very nice. I thought that day it was probably the best pedicure experience I have had anywhere. I am writing a review partly because of the excellent service and partly because that after a week at the beach my pedicure still looks perfect. I have been in the sand and water every day and there is not even a hint of a chip in my polish .

Best pedicure I've had in years. I was shocked at their prices. Way better quality and value than any other place I've found in Richmond or Lexington.

The owner was very gentle on my nailbeds, which is nice because I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to pain. My mom also got her nails done by a man who was a little short with her, but she didn't seem to mind. :)

These pictures are 3 days after and I got the sns powder on my nails. I also got a pedicure. He did a really good job. Extremely clean (they have you wash your hands as soon as you walk through the door after you fill out a form), does what you ask and take their time to do it properly. He asked me specific questions about how I wanted my nails shaped, if I wanted to add tips so they would be more even (Im growing them so I kept my nails the way they were) and gave me plenty of time to decide on the colors I wanted rather than standing over me making me feel like I needed to hurry since they were busy. I appreciated not feeling rushed through my service. I felt really relaxed the entire time. Definitely will return and would recommend

I've been coming here for pedicures for a year or two and have watched the wait time steadily increase. They appear to be busy all the time now. They only do Walk ins so no appointments taken. They're all nice, polite, and do a good job. Today I came in with a nearly dead phone and asked for a charger. They must have looked for 10 minutes, letting me try a few before I told them not to worry about it. But that's what you get: people who really try to do their best to make you happy. I'd almost guarantee the next time I come, they'll have an android charger. You know, just in case.

They were very helpful and really professional and knew what they were doing. I love my nails! I went from having 12 year old boy looking nails to having beautiful lady hands again! LOL I wish I would have got the mans name who done my nails. I feel really rude for not asking. But I think I heard a lady before me call him David. So, shout out to David! You did a great job, and I will be back. Thank you

got my nails and toes done, and i absolutely loved the way they turned out. although i chose gel nail polish for fingers and toes, they ended up more expensive, but it was worth it. The nail polish on both finger and toes never chipped nor wear off. the people there are so nice. i will definitely be back!

No appointment nessisary, had my nails filled an pedicure for $42 for both. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Shop is so clean and neat, what a great experiance!

Was visiting my son at EKU and wanted to get my nails done. The salon is very clean as I have seen my fair share of not so clean salons. I felt very welcomed as I was hesitant to try a new place, they had the Cat Eye style for nails. I was surprised as I have always wanted to try it but the salons in my hometown don't do that style. Super pleased with the way it turned out. Great set up and decor too. Highly recommend!

First time getting a manicure with SNS dipping powder, and Michelle did a great job! Salon was very clean and comfortable. Walk-ins only, so there was a slight wait, but technician took her time to ensure the mani was done well. Recommended!

The salon was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. My wait time was a little long because they were slammed, but it was worth it. I got acrylics done and the tech communicated with me about my preferences through the entire manicure. I felt like the tech took his time and was detail oriented with the polish. I actually messed a nail up before they had dried and they made sure to fix it up before I left. Would definitely go again!

This was the first time I had my nails done in Richmond, we usually go somewhere in Lexington. The good: they seem really clean. They're the only ones in the area that line the pedicure bowl, which I really like. My technician gave one of the best massages. Usually it's a light, quick (non)massage. He put some umph into it and it was really relaxing. The prices we're great, $22 for a regular pedicure, $12 (I believe) for a manicure. I was there at 3:45 on Friday and had a 30 min wait. I put my name down and left. When I came back, I was taken back within 2-3 minutes. They filled up by this time but I didn't feel that my tech rushed at all that was very nice. The not-so-good: the drill. What's up with that? I wasn't expecting that and never had it before. I'm not so sure it's a good idea with regular pedicures. I'd probably ask them not to use it next time. Also, they didn't have as many nail polish options as I'm use to. They probably deserved 5* but the drill threw me for a curve.

usually one of my go to’s when i don’t feel like driving to Lexington for my normal salon. only complaint is one of the workers, he’s done my nails before, and whenever i complained about the color being wrong, he refuses to do mine anymore and is very rude and hateful. if you go here, i’d suggest asking for the owner or the other woman who works there.

Professional, Reasonable Price, Friendly, Fun, Relaxing, Exceptional Service. Thy and staff go far and beyond any Nail and Spa I have ever entered. Had a great experience here at Vivi Nails and spa. The workers were more than kind and went above and beyond to give me a great experience. The owner herself gave me gel nails for the price of a regular manicure because of the wait time. I left very satisfied and will definitely go back. 10/10 would recommend!
